Dean's Message
Engineering students must learn to innovate and solve complex problems in an increasingly complicated world by combining foundational knowledge from other disciplines. With its flexible curriculum and integrative methodologies, the College of Engineering seeks to train top engineers who will make a difference in their field.
Our undergraduate programs, with faculty members who conduct the best research in their fields and internationally advanced laboratories, aim to graduate engineers who contribute to technology and universal science, can monitor and develop technology, are aware of professional and ethical responsibilities, and have research/development experience. We also create conditions that allow our students to explore the areas where they will be most successful based on their interests. We provide our students with opportunities to work in the research environments of our world-renowned faculty members. In this way, we allow them to work on complex technical problems at an advanced level with other researchers and students, increasing their research/development experience to new heights.
We invite you to learn more about the College of Engineering's education and research programs and share our enthusiasm.
