COMPOSER/PIANIST ANJELIKA AKBAR MEETING MUSIC LOVERS IN ISTANBUL

On October 23rd, Wednesday, a special recital featuring composer, pianist, and writer Anjelika Akbar will take place at Koç University in Istanbul. This follows the release of her recent book “Kalbimde Olan/100 Akış,” as well as her album “AHENK 432” and the singles “Başlangıç/Beginning 432” and “Melody 432,” which are available on all digital platforms.

In her recital, Anjelika Akbar will present not only her own compositions and arrangements but also works from Turkey’s spiritual culture. Guest musician, opera singer Özge Gençer, will accompany her on two pieces.

Anjelika Akbar’s unique authenticity and emotional depth will convey the healing power of music to our bodies, strengthening the connection between people’s souls and nature. During the concert, Anjelika Akbar will also read excerpts from her new book.
