Awards and Honors
The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) announced the results of “YÖK 2022 Outstanding Achievement Awards”, which were presented on 10th October during the Opening Ceremony of the 2022-2023 Academic Year. The Science Diplomacy Award, which was initiated this year, was presented to Assoc. Prof. Sedat Nizamoğlu from our Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering during the ceremony. To be the first recipient of this award is particularly noteworthy for our university. Wholehearted congratulations to Assoc. Dr. Sedat Nizamoğlu for this outstanding accomplishment and best wishes for his continued success.
