Summer Practice
Find a company suits the Specific Rules of your Program.
Deliver the Summer Practice Letter of Conformity which has to be signed by the dean, to the company then if the specific rules of your program requires approval from your advisor, first make the company fill the Summer Practice Info Form then get the preapproval.
If the specific rules of your program doesn’t require preapproval then take the list of Companies CE Students have done Practical Training as referance.
Bring the summer practice pre-documents to Dean’s Office (room no 238) or send them to engpractice@ku.edu.tr, at least one week before.
Register to 291 couded course for 1st practice, 391 couded course for 2nd practice from KUSIS. If there is requirement in specific rules of your program which states your advisor will read it, then register to the course opened his/her name, if it is states as comittee will read it, then register to signified course. Registrations will be active on the day Spring finals are ended.
Start the practice
Don’t forget to keep a daily report.
On the last week of your practice you must have your supervisor filled out and signed the Intern Evaluation Form and send it to engpractice@ku.edu.tr.
On the last week of your practice you must fill out and sign the Student’s Evaluaton Form and send it to engpractice@ku.edu.tr.
End the practice,  write your summer practice report which is specific to your program.
Write your report in the light of http://vpaa.ku.edu.tr/academic/student-code-of-conduct and the information under “plagiarism” on Library’s web page and also do not forget to use your skills that you acquired through ACWR 101 & 106.
Submit your report electonically to the Turnit in system. (Last day: Until 19.00 of 3rd Monday after Fall semester courses starts.)
Bring the summer practice final documents to Dean’s Office (room no 238) until 17.00 on the 3rd Monday after the Fall semester’s courses has been started.
